Maintenance Group
Overview
25.03 Tech Preview Feature - this feature is not fully supported. The official feature release is planned for WRC 25.09
Review all Maintenance Group resources that have been created under Operations - Maintenance Groups:
This shows the maintenance resources with the following information:
- Name: The name of Maintenance Group resource
- Selectors: System Inventory labels to be matched for maintenance group.
- Status: The status of Maintenance Group workflows for each Subcloud covered under the Maintenance Group
- Actions: The available maintenance group actions for this resource
Search
Search box supports searching maintenance resources by Name and Selectors.
Sort
Only Column Name support Sorting for maintenance resources.
Operations
Add Policy
To add a new Maintenance Group, click on Add Maintenance Group:
- Name: Maintenance Group name
- ACC Configuration Groups: List of ACC Config Groups which includes the selectors configuration for Subclouds under scope
- Selectors: System Inventory labels to be matched for maintenance group. The below describes how Selectors work:
- A subcloud can be tagged to a Maintenance Group only if all of the Backup Group’s selectors match the subcloud’s labels.
For example:
- If sysinv1 has labels a=a, b=b, c=c and mntgrp1 has selectors a=a, b=b, then sysinv1 will be tagged to mntgrp1.
- If sysinv1 has labels a=a, d=d, c=c and mntgrp1 has selectors a=a, b=b, then sysinv1 will NOT be tagged to mntgrp1
- A subcloud can be tagged to a Maintenance Group only if all of the Backup Group’s selectors match the subcloud’s labels.
For example:
Delete Policy
To delete a Maintenance Group, click on Actions - Delete Maintenance Group.
Show ACC Config Groups
To show the List of ACC Configuration for all the groups under a particular Maintenance Group. Each entry will show up with data in 3 columns below:
- ACC Config: Http URL location of the Configuration file for current ACC Configuration Group.
- Node Selectors: Key/Value pair of node selectors used to define scope of nodes under the ACC Configuration Group.
- Accelerator Selectors: Key/Value pair of accelerator selectors used to define scope of cards under the ACC Configuration Group
Settings
Refresh time interval
- The time interval in which the widget’s data will be refreshed, in seconds. Default: 10 seconds.List of fields to show in the table
- List of columns to be shown in list of maintenance group table. By default all columns are visible.
